摘要
为提高企业生产的自动化程度和竞争力,提出了利用知识与数学建模相结合的方法来建立炼钢成分设计专家系统。该专家系统由知识库、迭代模型、工艺模型及轧制模型构成。根据用户的输入信息,利用经验和启发性知识,生成符合用户产品质量要求的炼钢目标成分。再利用生成的炼钢目标成分预测成品的力学性能,并通过轧制中钢显微组织演变的数学模型对目标成分进行评估,得到的最终热轧产品的力学性能。该系统具有很好的实用性,能够增加评估结果的准确性,协助工程师快速确定满足客户特殊要求的炼钢目标成分以及优化热轧工艺,从而提高新产品的开发效率。该系统的开发对钢铁企业的新产品开发具有重要意义。
To increase the degree of production autonation and competitive capacity of enterprises, an integrated approach based on the combination of knowledge and mathematical modeling is proposed to design a expert system of steelmaking composition design. The system consists of the knowledge base, iteration model, craft model and rolling model. According to user input information, the steelmaking compositions meeting products quality demand of customers are produced using experience and heuristic knowledge. The produced steelmaking compositions are used to predict the mechanical performance of finished product. Meanwhile, the aim compositions are evaluated with the mathematical model of the microstructure evolution in rolling process, and the mechanical performance of finished hotrolling product can be achieved. The system has good practicability, can increase the accuracy of evaluation results and enhance the development efficiency of new products.
