川归滴丸对实验性心肌损害的影响

EFFECT OF PILULAE LIGSTICI CHUANXIONG COMPOSITAE ON THE EXPERIMENTALLY DAMAGED HEART MUSCLES

本文报道给结扎冠脉分支的实验性心肌损害家兔口服川归滴丸(4mg/kg,连服10天)的保护性作用。结果显示结扎前后的心电图变化,SGOT检测和病理镜检,均与对照组(聚乙二醇4 mg/kg,连服10天)有明显差异。从而证明该滴丸确有改善冠脉循环,延缓缺血进程及限制梗塞范围的效应。

Protective effect of pilulae chuanxiong compositae(4mg /kg,last 10 days ) on damaged heart muscles induced by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery in rabbits. Before and after liga tion, changes of ECG and SGOT were observed. The differences betwee n the treatment group and the control group were significant(P<0.05). Myocardial damage of the treatment group was slight. It was demo nste rated that this medicine undoubtedly improved the coronary flow,slowed the ischemic process and limited the infarction area.
