摘要
在教师专业化背景下,不同代际中小学体育教师群体形成了不同的专业发展状态。通过分析"天津市中小学体育教师专业发展状况调研"课题的部分最新数据,对50’、60’、70’、80’一代体育教师专业发展状态做描述性对比分析,一方面为研究者提供相关数据参考与支持,另一方面试图发现不同代际中小学体育教师群体专业发展规律和特征,以促进人们对体育教师的专业发展的思考和认识。
The paper analyses the update statistics of the research project of the professional development of P.E.teacher groups of elementary and middle schools in Tianjin and compares the the professional development of P.E.teachers of 1950s,1960s,1970s and 1980s,so as to provide relevant statistics for the researchers and the professional development rules and features of the P.E.teacher groups of elementary and middle schools of different generations.
