摘要
用光镜和透射电镜技术观察了12-38周胎儿卵巢组织发生中间质细胞的组织化学和超微结构的改变。在胚胎发育的第12周卵巢髓质近皮质区内已出现少量散在间质细胞,第15-16周间质细胞向皮质内侧份的生卵索周围延伸,数量渐增多,第19-30周数量减少,仅存在于皮质外侧份生卵索周围,第36周后少见。间质细胞同毛细血管具有密切关系。光镜下间质细胞体积较大,胞质着色淡,油红0方法显示质内含有较多的脂类内含物。电镜下间质细胞具有分泌类固醇激素细胞的超微结构特征,这表明它们可能在胚胎发育时期已具有分泌活动。本文就间质细胞细胞的发生来源及功能进行了初步探讨。
Ultrastructural and histochemical features of intersti- tial cells in the humum fetal ovaries was studied by light and electron microscopy with specimens from 38 human fetuses between 12 to 38 weeks. Interstitial cells appearing first in the medullo(?)y region beneath the cortical cord at 12th week. The number is maximal at 15th to 16th week around the ovigerous cords in the inner half of the cortex. These cells were generally found adjacent to blood vessels. They showed ultrastructural features associated with steroidogenic activity. This suggests that these cells can produce secretions. The origin of these cells in the human fetal ovary was discussed.
