邮件处理中心工程后评估方法研究

Study on Post construction Evaluation of Mail Handling Center Project

就邮件处理中心后评估方法及相关问题进行了较为系统的研究，提出了从收集资料数据、建立后评估指标体系、进行综合分析到编制后评估报告这一系列完整的后评估程序。在分析邮件处理中心工程项目特点的基础上，从 ５ 个不同方面对后评估指标体系进行了探讨；对后评估中常用的５ 种综合分析方法作了介绍；并对后评估成果的应用及后评估方法的自完善进行了论述。

This paper makes a systematic study on post construction evaluation of mail handling center project and concerned issues, presents a complete post construction evaluation process, which includes collecting data, building post construction evaluation index architecture, analyzing comprehensively and making post construction evaluation report. On the base of analyzing the features of mail handling center project, it probes into post construction evaluation index architecture from five aspects, introduces five common used comprehensive analyzing methods. Finally, it discusses the application and self improvement of post construction evaluation.
