摘要
收治创伤性乳糜胸10例,手术6例,保守4例,全部治愈。本文重点对手术时机、入路和手术方式等作了讨论。临床证明:胸导管结扎术是目前治疗创伤性乳糜胸的最优手术方法之一。
10 cases of traumatic chylothorax were admited during the period of January 1972 to August 1988. All patients reco vered. 6 eases were operated and 4 cases were conserved.The operative moment approach and methods were discussed. It is suggested that ligation of thoracic duct for traumatic chylothorax is the most effective method.
