摘要
用经福尔马林固定的成人尸体60侧(男34,女26),测量了阴部神经在分支前及三个分支始部横径,男女性间作了统计学处理,其中阴茎(蒂)背神经始部横径(男1.36±0.05,女1.22±0.03),t=2.2292,P<0.05,男女性间有显著性差异。观察阴部神经在坐骨小孔、阴部管与动静脉的关系,测量了阴部神经在阴部管内离坐骨结节下缘上方距离,对阴部神经阻滞麻醉选用位置进行了探讨,并作了临床试验取得满意效果。
Sixty side adult cadavers fixed in formalin were dis- sected. Thirty-four of them were male and 26 female. The transverse diameters of pudendal nerve and its branches were measured. The distance of pudendal nerve to the lower margin of ischial tuberosity and the position for block anesthesia of pudendal nerve were measured
