摘要
上海已具备发展电子商务的基础条件,但电子商务仍处于起步阶段。文章着重分析了制约上海电子商务快速发展的一些原因,主要有:Internet用户少、上网速度慢、资费偏高;CA认证、电子支付、网络安全等尚未完善;全社会电子商务意识淡薄;网上商品种类不多、价格不合理等。作者针对此提出了自己的建议。
The development of EC is still at the toddler stage in spite of being provided with the prerequistite. A slew of factors hinder the rapid development of EC in Shanghai, and the major ones include: small Internet subscriber base, slow Internet access speed, relatively high tariff, imperfect Cirtificate Authentication/ electronic support/ network security, social indifference , limited varieties of products, and unreasonable prices. Some proposals are also made at the end.
