基于社会需求“0距离”的护理课堂教学方法改革实践 被引量:13

摘要 目的:通过课堂教学方法的改革,训练学生临床思维、判断能力,提高中专护生护士执业资格考试通过率。方法:在2006级中专护生的《内科护理学》课堂教学中,对肾脏疾病、内分泌代谢疾病、风湿疾病、理化因素所致疾病、传染病等5个章节实施单纯的目标教学法作为对照组;呼吸、循环、消化、血液、神经系统疾病等5章,在目标教学法的基础上综合运用情境教学法、讨论法和病例分析法作为试验组。授课结束后进行测试比较。然后依据考试成绩分析状况,将新的教学方法用于护士执业资格考试相关课程的培训中。结果:考试中试验组成绩明显高于对照组(均P<0.01);2006级中专护士执业资格考试成绩高于全国护士执业资格考试平均成绩,分别为相关知识合格率67.72%、基础知识合格率68.35%、专业知识合格率77.22%、专业实践能力合格率85.44%。结论:基于社会需求"0距离"的课堂教学方法,能明显提高学生学习效果,使学生顺利通过护士执业资格考试,达到就业"0距离"。 Objective: To train the students to think and judge clinically through the reform of classroom teaching methods and improve the pass rate of Nurse Licensing Examination in vocational nursing students. Methods: In the teaching of Medical Nursing to secondary nursing school students of 2006 batch, the control group merely followed the objective-ori- ented teaching methods, covering five chapters, including kidney diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases, rheumatic diseases, diseases caused by physical and chemical factors and infectious diseases. Besides objective-oriented teaching methods, the experimental group adopted situational teaching, discussion and case analysis methods in the teaching of an- other five chapters consisted of respiratory, circulatory, digestive, hematological and nervous system diseases. After teach- ing, comparisons were made by analyzing the test marks. Then, new teaching methods were applied in the training courses for Nurse Licensing Examination. Results: The average mark of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.01). The average mark in Nurse Licensing Examination of 2006 batch was higher than the national one, with the pass rate in related knowledge 67.72%, basic knowledge 68.35%, professional knowledge 77.22% and professional practice 85.44%. Conclusion: Teaching methods based on the concept of "zero-distance" from social needs have been proved effective in students' achievement in learning and in passing the Nurse Licensing Examination, which ensures instant employment after graduation.
