摘要
目的:建立活血同脉片中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC对赤芍进行定量分析。用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),SPD-10AVP检测器,流动相为甲醇-水(27∶73),柱温为30℃,流速为0.8 ml/min,检测波长为230 nm。结果:芍药苷在0.98~7.35μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.81%,RSD=1.57%。结论:本法准确,重现性好,可用于活血通脉片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of Paeoniflorin in Huoxue TongmaiTablets by HPLC. Methods: The radix Paeoniae rubra was quantitative analysed by HPLC. The C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol and water (27:73), the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 230 nm. The temperature was 30℃. Results: The optimum linear relation of Peoniflorin was 0.98-7.35 μg, the average recovery rate was 97.52% with a RSD of 1.57%. Conclusion: The method is a accurate, recurring and easy to use assay for quality control.
