影响临床低年资护士手卫生消毒效果的管理对策

Influential factors on the effect of hand hygiene practice among junior clinical nurses and management strategies

目的:了解临床低年资护理人员手卫生消毒情况,分析影响手卫生消毒效果的因素,探讨其对策。方法:对我院126例临床一线低年资护士在从事护理技术操作前、后手表面采样做细菌培养,同时采用自行设计的问卷调查表对126例低年资护士进行问卷调查,了解对手卫生消毒指征的认知、执行情况及其影响因素。结果:临床一线低年资护士从事护理技术操作后手卫生消毒合格率明显高于操作前手卫生消毒,但总体合格率仍然偏低,影响其效果的主要原因是护士对正确手卫生消毒方法的认知程度低、频繁手卫生消毒会损伤皮肤、病区设施不科学、监管制度不完善等。结论:管理者应加强对低年资护士手卫生消毒行为的监管及培训、改善病房设施等工作,提高临床低年资护士手卫生消毒依从性及质量。

Objective： To study the condition of hand hygiene compliance in junior nurses, analyze the influential factors and explore some solutions. Methods： The method of bacterial culture on the hand surface was adopted before and after the nursing skill operation to 126 junior clinical nurses. A self-designed questionnaire was administered to them in order to obtain information about their knowledge of hand hygiene signs and implementation and analyze the correlated factors in hand hygiene compliance. Results： The qualification rate of hand hygiene practices among the junior clinical nurses after the nursing skill operation was obviously higher than before the operation but the general rate was still relatively low. The main factors included nurses~ low cognitive level of correct method of hand hygiene, the fact that frequent hand hygiene was easy to do harm to the hand skin, inseientific ward facilities and imperfect monitoring system. Conclusion： The man- agement staff should strengthen monitoring and training to junior nurses on hand hygiene practices and improve the ward facilities in order to improve the compliance and quality of band hygiene.
