摘要
目的了解医院不同编制护士工作满意度现状。方法采用护士工作满意度量表对浙江省衢州地区3家二级医院临床科室全部不同编制的护士进行工作满意度测评。结果在编护士工作满意度得分为(145.25±25.92)分,编外护士为(136.24±18.84)分。2种编制护士在护士间的相互影响、职业价值、医护间关系及工作中的自主权方面得分较高,得分比在50%以上;业务内容、机构政策、收入方面得分较低,得分比在50%以下。在编护士在工作满意度总分、收入、机构政策方面得分高于编外护士(P<0.01),编外护士职业价值得分高于在编护士(P<0.05)。不同婚姻状况、学历、职称、科室的在编护士与编外护士工作满意度不同(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 2种编制护士工作满意度得分均偏低,在编护士工作满意度高于编外护士,护理管理者应提高护士特别是编外护士的薪酬和待遇,培养专科护士,分层使用护士,提高护士的职业自豪感,提升护士工作满意度。
Objective To understand the job satisfaction of nurses with different establishments.Methods The Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale was applied to obtain information about extent of job satisfaction of nurses with different establishments.Results Score of job satisfaction from nurses in budgeted posts was(145.25±25.92) while from nurses in non-budgeted posts was(136.24±18.84).The total score of job satisfaction,income,policy from nurses in budgeted posts were higher than those in non-budgeted posts(P0.01).Job satisfaction varied with differing marital status,educational backgrounds,ranks and departments(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Satisfaction from nurses with different establishments is relatively low.Nurses in budged posts are more satisfied with their job than those in non-budgeted posts.Income and payment of nurses in non-budgeted posts should be improved so as to enhance their job satisfaction.
