大鼠延髓腹外侧区向伏核投射的定性定位的研究

THE PROJECTION OF THE TH, NT AND CCK-LIKE IMMUNOREACTIVE NEURONS IN THE VENTROLATERAL MEDULLA TO THE NUCLEUS ACCUMBENS IN RATS

应用HRP顺、逆行追踪结合免疫细胞化学双重标记等方法对大鼠延髓腹外侧区(VLM)向伏核(Acb)的投射进行了研究。主要结果如下:1.将HRP注射到Acb尾侧的腹、内侧区,结果在VLM尾段出现大量的标记细胞和终末,以同侧为主。2.HRP注射Acb并结合免疫细胞化学反应,在VLM尾侧发现HRP/TH、HRP/NT、HRP/CCK样双标细胞。3.根据以上结果本文得出如下结论:VLM有纤维投射到Acb,有的纤维含有TH、NT、CCK样活性物质。

Using HRP retrograde and anterograde tracing com- bined with immunocytochemical double-labelling method, We exam- ined the projection from the ventrolateral medulla (VLM) to the nucleus accumbens(Acb).The following results were obtained:1.When the HRP was injected into ventromed ial caudal part of the Acb,most labelled cells and terminalis were found in the ipsolateral caudal part of the VLW.2.By using HRP technique combined with immuno- cytochemical method(HRP injected into the Acb), many TH/HRP, NT/HRP and CCK/HRP double-labelled cells found in the VLM.The number of the TH/HRP double-labelled calls was the largest, The NT/HRP double-labelled was less and CCK/HRP cells was even less. 3.from above results, the following conclusion were drawn.There are many fibers projection from VLM to the Acb, some of the fibers c- ontain TH, NT and CCK-like immunoreactive substances.
