新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病80例临床分析

摘要 目的探讨单唾液酸四已糖神经节昔脂治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床疗效。方法将80例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿,随机分为单唾液酸四已糖神经节昔脂治疗组和对照组各40例,比较其临床疗效。结果治疗组其临床症状和体征改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论单唾液酸四已糖神经节昔脂在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿早期应用可稳定神经元细胞膜,减少细胞凋亡,从而减少患儿血清中神经元特异性稀醇化酶的释放,发挥神经保护作用。
