摘要
目的探讨滑膜软骨瘤病的X线表现特征,提高滑膜软骨瘤的诊断水平。方法对经临床病理证实的24例关节滑膜软骨瘤病进行回顾性分析。结果显示关节囊内多发游离体为主要诊断依据。结论 X线平片是确诊本病的最简单方法,对滑膜软骨瘤病的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the X-ray findings of synovial chondromatosis.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the X-ray images and clinic data of 24 patients with pathologically confirmed synovial chondromatosis.Results The diagnostic mainstay of synovial chondromatosis is to show the corpus liberum in the articular capsule.Conclusion The x-ray is the most simple method which confirm this disease,diagnose the synovial chondromatosis to have importance value.
