实施家属健康教育对喉癌患者社会支持及生活质量的影响

目的探讨实施家属同步健康教育对喉癌患者社会支持及生活质量的影响。方法将60例患者及家属,按首次住院先后顺序分为2组,单号为观察组,双号为对照组。2组患者在常规治疗的同时接受健康教育,观察组在此基础上同步实施家属个性健康教育,包括心理沟通、专科疾病知识讲解和生活指导。在患者入院时及入院后第4周,采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和肿瘤病人生活质量评分(QOL)对2组患者进行评分。结果入院时2组患者社会支持评分和生活质量评分无明显差异。实施家属健康教育后,社会支持和生活质量各指标评分观察组明显优于对照组。结论对喉癌患者家属实施健康教育,可提高患者的社会支持水平,全面提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the simultaneous implementation of family health education and social support in patients with laryngeal cancer quality of life.Methods 60 patients and their families,according to the order of first hospitalization were divided into 2 groups,a single number for the observation group,two-numbers as the control group.Two groups of patients in routine treatment receive health education,the basis of the observation group at the same pace and their families personalized health education,Including psychological communication,specialist knowledge to explain the disease and living guide.In the patients on admission and the fourth week after admission,the use of social support rating scale（SSRS） and cancer patients quality of life score（QOL） score in patients of 2 groups.Results Two groups of social support on admission rates and quality of life scores showed no difference.After the implementation of family health education,social support and quality of life index score was significantly different than the control group.Conclusion On the implementation of health education for families of laryngeal cancer patients,can improve the patient＇s social support,and comprehensively improve the quality of life of patients.
