摘要
首先阐述了"双师型"教师所必须具备的实践能力,在此基础上,引入遗传层次分析法,选取"双师型"教师实践能力的评价指标,将实践能力中诸因素定量化,用一种通用的全局优化算法——加速遗传算法进行求解,最后引入相关算例,对比评价结果,说明该方法增强了评价的稳定性和准确性,为人力资源管理和"双师型"师资队伍建设提供了数字依据。
Firstly this article explains the necessary practical ability of "double-qualified" teacher, On this basis, we introduce Genetic Algorithm, seelect assessment indicators of "dual-certificate" teacher practical ability, quantify factors in practical ability, with a kind of general opti- mization algorithm (accelerating genetic algorithm), it introduces the related computing examples and compares the evaluation results. This process shows that the algorithm strengthens the evaluations stability and accuracy, which provide numbers for human resource management and "dual-certificate" teacher construction.
