摘要
从有源RLC并联双回路运动方程出发,通过量子化有源分观电路,研究激发相干态下介观电路的量子效应.结果表明,电荷、电流的量子涨落除决定于电路参数外,还明显地依赖于电路所处的状态.
Starting from the movement equation of an active parallel RLC circuit, the quantum effects of mesoscopic circuit under excited coherent states are investigated by quantizing the circuit. The results show that the quantum fluctuations of charge and current not only are determined by the circuit parameter, but depend on the states of the circuit evidently.
