摘要
本文报导了非晶纳米Si3N4对聚甲醛的改性,使聚甲醛的冲击强度和拉伸强度分别提高了160%和25%;给出了强度与填充量的对应关系并分析了增强与增韧的机理.
Study of α-Si3N4 filling in POM is presented in the paper. The impact strenth increase 160% and an additive 25% was obtained for its tensile strenth. It is found that impact and tensile strength vs filler content, and analysing toughening and strenthening mechanisms.
