2010年,柬埔寨社会稳定、经济稳步发展,在对外关系上奉行独立、和平、永久中立和不结盟的外交政策,虽然柬埔寨与泰国时为边境领土问题爆发冲突,但柬埔寨政府能稳妥处理。

In 2010, Cambodia＇s society was stable, the economic development was steady. On diplomacy, Cambodia continued to pursue the foreign policy of independence, peace, permanent neuter and non-align, although the conflict of territory took place usually on the border between Cambodia and Thailand, the Cambodian ruling party performanced comparatively good.
