摘要
以高纯铝锭为试验料,进行冷轧及再结晶退火试验,研究不同退火工艺对其再结晶过程的影响,以控制晶粒的大小。采用Axiover 25蔡司金相显微镜观察组织。结果表明,冷轧压下量为40%时,最优的退火工艺为:退火温度330℃,保温时间10 min,水淬,可以获得晶粒度在200μm以内的高纯铝板。
The cold rolling and recrystallization annealing experiments of high pure aluminum have been studied. The effect of different annealing processes on recrystallization has been investigated for controlling grain size. The microstructure has been observed by Axiover 25 Zeiss microscope. The results indicate that the optimal annealing system for 40% of cold rolling reduction strip is 330℃ with 10 min holding and then water quenched. This way can control the grain size of high pure aluminum strip within 200 μm.
