Wiki is a novel cooperation tool in network environment, which has unique advantages in promoting knowledge innovation and sharing in communities. This article proposed a series of practical mechanisms involved in the knowledge innovation process, including publishing, sharing, integration and feedbacks. The results will impact significantly on the further application of Wiki in the domain of knowledge management.
