The cause of incurred ledge cracks in pot cell is analyzed and the effective solution to deal with the cracks during baking start-up is introduced.To ensure every electrolytic pot to be successfully started up and put into operation,the methods are applied such as optimizing pot loading,prolonging the baking time effectively controlling baking voltage.
