电力通信设备状态检修实践和探索

在电力系统大力推广状态检修的形势下,河北省电力公司结合通信设备特点,从组织领导、健全技术体系建设、资料与信息收集、科学实施、培训与宣贯等方面进行了通信设备状态检修的实践。文章阐述了电力通信实施状态检修的意义和作用,分析了通信设备状态检修的关键点,列举了成效与收获,提出通信设备状态检修要挖掘适用的检验监测方法、细化检修项目和周期内容,采用PDCA循环闭环控制,使电力通信设备的状态评价方式更加科学。

With the promotion of state maintenance in the power system,much practical work,such as technical system improvement,data and information collection,scientific implementation and training etc.has been done by Hebei Electric Power Company.This paper describes the significance and the role of state maintenance of power communication system,analyses the key points of the communications equipment state maintenance,and discusses the results.It points out that the communication equipment state maintenance should use appropriate inspection and monitoring methods,clarify the maintenance contents,and improves the state evaluation methods of power communication equipment by using PDCA cycle control method.
