Networked status monitor and fault alarm system for mine hoists

依据煤矿企业提升机状态监测现状和需求,研究开发了网络化矿井提升机状态监测与故障报警系统。对提升机的主要故障特征、表现形式和获取方式进行了研究和分析,构建了基于C/S和B/S混合模式下的网络化监测系统硬件平台,设计开发了本地机监测程序和服务器应用程序。本系统的开发对提高提升机的安全性,保证煤矿安全高效生产具有重要的现实意义。

Based on the needs and actuality of status monitor for hoists in collieries,the paper researched and de-veloped a networked status monitor and fault alarm system for mine hoists.The main characteristics,the manifesta-tion and the acquisition methods of faults are researched and analyzed,and the hardware of the networked monitor system which is based on the mixed mode of C/S and B/S is constructed.In addition,the monitoring program of the local computer and the application program of the server are developed.The system has great significance for improving the security of the hoist and ensuring the safety and the high efficiency production of the colliery.
