摘要
为实现煤矸井下分离,以选择性破碎筛分为原理设计出井下分选机,并对其主要工作机构——转子的模态利用ANSYS有限元软件进行了仿真研究,对螺旋分级筛利用虚拟样机技术对影响物料运动轨迹和推进速度的因素进行了分析,研究了各因素对结构设计及分选效率的影响规律,为设备的改进和优化提供了参照和依据。
To achieve separation of coal and gangue,an underground separator is designed based on the prin-ciple of selective crushing and sieving.The paper simulates and studies the rotor mode of its main mechanism with ANSYS,and analyzes the factors affecting the material motion track and the propulsion velocity of the spiral grading screen with virtual prototyping technology.In addition,it studies the influence law of the factors on the structural design and the separation efficiency of the separator.The study offers references for the im-provement and optimization of the separator.
