摘要
为实现自动编程软件与数控机床之间的有效集成,以CAITA为平台,利用CAD/CAM模块完成了零件几何体的参数化建模、加工仿真及刀位源文件的输出,针对配置MILLPLUS操作系统DMC60TR加工中心的编程特点,采用IMSpost通用后置处理器获得了适合该机床的NC程序代码。并通过虚拟数控加工仿真验证了结果的正确性,既缩短了编程时间,又提高了编程质量。
To integrate automatic programming software with CNC machine tools effectively,CAD/CAM module of CATIA software is used to accomplish the parameterization modeling and simulative machining of parts as well as the output of cutter location source files.In addition,in view of the programming features of DMC60TR machining center installed with MILLPLUS operating system,CNC codes suitable for the machine tool are acquired by applying IMSpost universal post-processor.The codes prove correct through virtual CNC simulative machining.The integration shortens programming time and increases programming quality.
