摘要
克罗恩病(CD)是一种以肠道为主的自身免疫性病变,临床表现复杂多样,其治疗涉及药物治疗(包括传统药物、新型生物制剂)、外科治疗、营养治疗和心理治疗等方面。应依据病情的活动度、严重程度、病程、病变范围以及并发症等因素制定综合的个体化治疗方案。
Crohn＇s Disease（CD） is an autoimmune inflammatory condition of unknown etiology that can af- fect any portion of the gastrointestinal tract. Management of CD includes traditional medical treatment, novel biologic agent treatment, surgical treatment, nutrition and psychological intervention. Given the heterogeneity of the disease,combining and individualized treatment should be carried according to the disease activity, severity, course, anatomic extension and different complications.
