摘要
宁夏六盘山野生动植物资源丰富,六盘山公安分局依据各项法律法规对当地野生动植物资源进行保护。但是,随着经济社会的不断发展,六盘山地区野生动植物资源保护工作面临比较严峻的形势。为了加大当地野生动植物资源的保护,就必须严格依照法律进行整治和管理。当前的野生动植物资源保护法律制度存在不少缺陷,针对这些问题,笔者提出了相应的完善建议。
There are abundant resources of wild plants and animals in Liupan Mountain in Ningxia. The Police Station of Liupan Mountain protects wild plants and animals according to the laws and regulations. With the development of society, the protective situations become serious. To strengthen the protection, it is necessary to improve the management. The essay offers some suggestions to the problems in the legal system of the protection.
