摘要
分析了北京市交通与土地使用规划编制存在的问题,提出完善北京市现有规划编制技术及机制的对策,包括:完善《城市居住区规划设计规范》等规划技术法规、加强城市用地规划与交通规划编制的互动机制、加强城市用地规划及交通规划调整联动机制、引入并加强城市用地规划与交通规划协调性评价机制、建立土地开发建设和交通设施建设的相关主管部门之间的行政协调机制。
This paper analyzes the problems in the land use and transport planning and then provides countermeasures including perfecting planning regulations or criteria such as Urban Residential Area Planning Criterion,strengthening the interactive mechanism,linkage mechanism and evaluation mechanism of land use planning and transport planning,establishing administrative coordination mechanism between related departments of land development and transport facility construction.
