摘要
由甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯和二甲基二氯硅烷(DMS)与环氧树脂接枝共聚,得到一种有机硅—丙烯酸—环氧树脂三元聚合物的改性环氧树脂。通过红外光谱对改性环氧树脂进行表征,结果表明合成了预期结构;热重分析结果表明改性环氧树脂提高了耐热性;通过检测,制作的复合材料的力学性能均有不同程度的提高。
A modified epoxy resin terpolymer of silicone-acrylic acid-epoxy resin was synthesized by graft copolymerization of epoxy resin with methacrylic acid,n-butyl acrylate and dimethyldichlorosilane.The modified epoxy resin was characterized by FT-IR for their chemical structure,the heat resistant of modified epoxy resin was improved by TGA,the mechanical properties of modified epoxy resin composites were improved by testing.
