摘要 研究了表面活性剂AEO9对铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)生理生长的影响。通过测定铜绿微囊藻的藻细胞密度、藻液光密度(OD650 nm)及叶绿素含量(Chl)3个指标来分析其生长所受影响。得到的结论为:表面活性剂AEO9对铜绿微囊藻的生长都具有促进作用;在浓度为10 mg/L时促进作用最大,浓度为20 mg/L时,表面活性剂的促进作用明显减小。藻细胞密度、藻液光密度(OD650 nm)及叶绿素含量(Chl)3种测定方法中,藻液光密度(OD650 nm)相对准确、方便、快捷,值得推荐。 The effects of surfactants AEO9 on the physio-growth of Microcystis aeruginosa were studied.The research analysised the effects by testing three algal indicators(Cell densities,Algal absorbance and Chlorophyll content).The results showed that the surfactants AEO9 had the promotion effects to the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa.The promotion reached the pink at the concentration of 10 mg/L and the promotion decreased significantly when the concentration of the AEO9 at 20 mg/L.In the three determination methods(Cell densities,Algal absorbance and Chlorophyll content),the algal absorbance was the most relatively accurate,convenient,fast and was recommended.
