摘要 脑肿瘤干细胞是脑肿瘤组织中存在的一小类具有无限增殖、自我更新和多向分化等干细胞特性的肿瘤细胞。肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤发生、发展、侵袭、转移、耐药、复发等恶性行为的主要根源,只有杀死脑肿瘤干细胞才能彻底治愈脑肿瘤。本文对当前脑肿瘤干细胞研究在分子生物学水平上取得的一些进展进行了综述。 Recent studies have confirmed that there is a small population of brain tumor cells with the abilities of stem cells,like extensive proliferation,self-renew and multi-directional differentiation,which called Brain tumor stem cells(BTSCs).BTSCs contribute to tumor initiation,progression,invasion,metastasis,therapeutic resistance and relapse.Only by killing brain BTSCs can we thoroughly cure brain tumor.In this review,we discuss the recent progress in the molecular biology study of brain tumor stem cells.
