摘要
普通混凝土强度主要由水泥与集料的界面强度决定,而粗集料级配组成对混凝土强度影响在配合比设计中常被忽略。根据马教授振动填充试验结果,选取具有嵌锁结构粗集料,利用均匀设计法安排混凝土强度试验,计算分析试验结果。通过试验结果分析可知,均匀设计安排试验可以大量减少试验工作量;嵌锁密实混凝土强度与水灰比呈线性减小关系,与集浆比基本呈线性减小关系,抗压强度与砂率呈线性增大关系,而抗弯拉与砂率呈线性减小关系;且影响因子大小为:水灰比>砂率>集浆比;嵌锁密实结构级配粗集料的混凝土,集料之间存在一定咬合力,其能够减缓裂缝继续向试件内部发展。
Common concrete strength mainly by the interface of cement and aggregate strength of the decision,but the impact of coarse aggregate gradation on the strength of concrete mix design is often overlooked.According to the filled vibration test results of Professor Ma Biao,select the coarse aggregate with the interlocking structure,arrange the uniform design method of concrete strength test,calculate and analyse results.Through the test results analysis,the uniform design experiment can significantly reduce the workload;concrete strength decreases linearly with the water-cement ratio and aggregate-cement ratio.The compressive strength increases linearly with the sand rate,but the flexural strength decreases linearly with the sand rate;and the size of impact factor is water-cement ratiosand ratioaggregate-cement ratio;the aggregate between concrete with interlocking skeleton structure exists bite force that can slow the crack to continue to develop within the specimen.
