离子色谱法测定生活饮用水中常见的8种阴离子 被引量:4

Determination of 8 common anions in drinking water by ion chromatography

摘要 采用离子色谱法,运用Metrosep A Supp5-250分析柱和抑制型电导检测器,以峰面积定量同时测定生活饮用水中的F-、Cl-、Br-、BrO3-、NO3-、NO2-、PO43-、SO42-8种阴离子。该方法最低检测质量浓度为5.0μg/L,回收率为96.1%~103.1%,具有灵敏度高、重现性好的特点。 Using ion chromatography, Metrosep A Supp 5-250 Analysis Column and a suppressed conductance detector, 8 anions (F^-, Cl^-, Br^-, BrO3-, NO2-, NO2-, PO43- and SO24 ) in drinking water were simultaneously determined by peak area quantitation. With a minimum detection mass concentration of 5.0 μg/L and extraction recoveries of 96.1% - 103.1% , the method was characterized by high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
