摘要
采用显色分光光度法测定板栗刺壳中单宁的含量的方法。在弱碱性条件下,板栗刺壳中单宁与钨酸钠-磷钼酸形成稳定的蓝色配合物,在766nm处测定显色液的吸光度确定单宁的含量。以单宁酸为标样,单宁量在0.0004~0.002mg/mL范围内服从比耳定律,回归曲线方程Y=47.913X-0.0503,相关系数R2=0.997。
Spectrophotometry determination of tannin content in chestnut shell thorns was established with sodium tungstate-phosphomolybdate acid. Under weak alkaline condition, tannin and sodium tungstate- phosphomolybdate acid can form a stable blue complex, whose absorbanee can be measured at 766 nm to determine the tannin concentration. With tannic acid as the standard sample, Beer's Law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0.0004-0.002 mg/mL of tannin, the regression equation was Y=47.913X-0.0503 and the correlation coefficient was 0.997.
