心脑通泰胶囊剂提取工艺研究

Study on the Extractive Technology of Xinnaotongtai Capsule

目的:优选心脑通泰胶囊剂提取的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交设计方法考察醇提条件,以干膏量和天麻素含量为指标。结果:筛选出乙醇的用量为药材的10倍、提取次数为3次、提取时间为2 h、乙醇浓度为60%的最佳制备工艺。结论:该实验制定了合理可行的提取工艺路线及条件,为进一步研究奠定了基础。

Objective： To optimize the extractive technology of Xinnaotongtai capsule.Methods： The orthogonal design method was used to inspect extractive condition with alcohol,the contents of gastrodine and the weight of extract were considered as the targets.Results： The best preparative technology in extraction with alcohol was selected out.Conclusion： The experimental makes a reasonable and feasible extractive technology and condition,establishing a certain basis for deep research.
