老年人局部可摘义齿基牙龋损的相关因素分析

Analysis of Caries of the Partial Removable Artificial Teeth in the Old People

目的:调查分析老年人局部可摘义齿修复后基牙的患龋状况,探讨义齿戴用时间、口腔卫生情况对基牙龋损的影响。方法:对86例牙列缺失后的老年人行铸造可摘义齿修复,定期复查并记录基牙的患龋数及口腔卫生情况,对其结果进行χ2检验。结果:老年人义齿戴用时间越长基牙的患龋率越高(P<0.05),口腔卫生情况差者患龋率高于口腔卫生优良者(P<0.05)。结论:戴用义齿的时间、口腔卫生情况与基牙的患龋率密切相关。

Objective： To analyze caries condition of the partial removable artificial teeth in the old people,and to discuss the effects of the artificial teeth wearing time and oral health on caries of abutment.Methods： Eighty-six old people with missing tooth were performed restoration with removable artificial teeth,and were periodically reviewed the number of abutment teeth caries and oral health conditions.The data were analyzed by χ2 test.Results： The rate of teeth caries was positively correlated with the wearing time of removable artificial teeth（P0.05）.The people with perfect oral health had lower rate of teeth caries than those with poor oral health（P0.05）.Conclusion： The rate of abutment caries is associated with the wearing time of removable artificial teeth and conditions of oral health.
