道路交通规划是滨海新城建设的基础条件之一,滨海新城交通规划应适应滨海新城的特点,考虑规划的弹性和可实施性,并重点研究城市交通发展模式、对外交通、道路网、公共交通、静态交通、慢行交通以及旅游交通。

Traffic planning is one of the foundation conditions for building Binhai new city,it should be adapted to the characteristics of Binhai and consider the flexibility and enforceability of planning,and focus on the urban transport development model,external transport,road network,public transport,static traffic,slow traffic and tourism traffic.
