摘要
本文在简要给出光波导弯曲损耗产生机理的基础上,综合波导弯曲的纯弯曲损耗和过渡损耗的特点,就波导弯曲对弯曲结构函数及其曲率的要求,提出波导弯曲的三次样条优化方案,给出了广泛条件下的波导弯曲优化设计的新方法。该方法可广泛用于各种波导弯曲结构的优化设计,优化过程简单且可达高精度。文中给出了此新方案的比较和设计例子。
In this paper,the loss mechanism of in optical waveguide bends is briefly presented first,then a novel optimizing scheme for the optimization of waveguide bends is proposed based on the requirement of the configuration curve and its curvature of the bend.This new method can be widely used in optimizing design of variable bends.The optimizing procedure is simple but its results can show high precision The detailed method applying the new scheme to design bends is described.
