摘要
以铝矾土、堇青石和紫木节为主要原料,研究了不同烧成温度对氧化铝-堇青石陶瓷导热性能的影响。结果表明在1 230~1 280℃的烧成温度范围内,氧化铝-堇青石陶瓷样品的密度、收缩率和热导率等性能都随烧成温度的提高而提高。其中1 270℃下烧成的样品,密度达2.84 g/cm3,热导率达4.25 W/m.℃,综合性能最佳。
Effects of different heat treatment temperature on properties of alumina-cordierite ceramic was investigated with bauxite and cordierite system.The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature from 1 230 ℃ to 1 280 ℃,the bulk density,the shrink and thermal conductivity all increase obviously.Samples sintered at 1 270 ℃ has the best properties with density of 2.84 g/cm3 and thermal conductivity of 4.25 W /(m ·℃).
