摘要
分析了碱-矿渣水泥的水化凝结特点及快凝的主要影响因素,探讨了碱-矿渣水泥凝结的基本原理。认为:通过引入带电荷的阴阳粒子,在电荷斥力作用下延缓Ca2+的移动速度,或降低硅酸根离子的静电引力,从而阻止C-S-H凝胶的生成,延迟硅酸根离子的聚合,以达到缓凝的效果。
The characteristics of hydration and setting of alkali-activated slag cement and the main factors influencing the fast setting were analysed.The basic principle of alkali-activated slag cement is discussed.Anions and cations are introduced to alkali-activated slag cement,which,under the charge repulsion,can delay the movement speed of Ca2+ or reduce the electrostatic attraction of 4-,thereby preventing the formation of C-S-H gel,delay the polymerization of 4-to achieve the effect of retardation.
