摘要
通过对室内成型的试块和施工段落进行养生对比试验,对采用薄膜覆盖保湿养生、土工布覆盖补水养生、改性乳化沥青透层养生3种养生方式的试验段分别进行无侧限强度试验和取芯试验。结果表明:采用薄膜覆盖保湿养生和乳化沥青透层覆盖养生条件下的试件强度相当,芯样外观完整;采用土工布覆盖补水养生试件的强度低于前两种养生方式,且芯样上表面有骨料脱落现象。结合通辽地区的气候特点和施工环境,建议下基层首选薄膜覆盖保湿养生方式,上基层首选改性乳化沥青透层洒布养生工艺。
The contrast tests of curing in the specimens prepared in the laboratory and the construction sections were conducted.Three types of curing methods,including covered with plastic film for moisture-retention,covered with geotextile for replenishing water and closed layer of emulsified asphalt,were evaluated by the unconfined compression test and the sit coring test.It can be concluded the core specimens were complete and the strength was similar in the application of covered with plastic film and spraying emulsified asphalt,the strength of specimens was lower than that of the other two methods and the surface aggregate of core specimens were shed off when the construction sections were covered with geotextile.With reference to the climate conditions and the construction environment in Tongliao area,the method of covered with plastic film for moisture-retention was suggested to apply in subbase course and the method of closed layer of emulsified asphalt was the appropriate choice to curing in upper base course.
