摘要
在研究了传统的光源和光探测器光谱特性测试技术的基础上,采用热释电探测器、单色仪及自动扫描器、锁相放大器和虚拟仪器技术,形成一种新型的光谱自动测试系统。该系统拓宽了光谱测试范围,提高了自动化程度和适用性。集成的 Lab V I E W 平台,使系统具有很强的数据采集和处理功能,并使用户具有进一步优化系统的广阔空间。
Based on the study of traditional techniques measuring the spectrum characteristic of light sources and light detectors,through the use of pyroelectric detector,monochromator with auto scanner,lock in amplifier and virtual instrument technique,a new type of spectrum auto measuring system was generated.the measuring range of spectrum characteristics has been broadened,the level of automation has been raised,and the adaptability has been enhanced.Being integrated with LabVIEW,the system has been provided with powerful function for data acquisition and processing,and can offer the user with ample space for further system optimization.
