Al-P中间合金变质+半连续铸造技术制备过共晶Al-17Si合金铸锭

Hypereutectic Al-17Si Alloy Ingot Preparation by Recombining Modification of Al-P Master Alloy and Semi-continuous Casting Technique

摘要 采用Al-P中间合金变质+半连续铸造技术制备了初生硅细小且分布均匀的过共晶Al-17Si合金铸锭。结果表明,Al-P中间合金变质剂主要作用是改变合金中初生硅的形貌,使其由板片状转变为近球状,细化初生硅。使用Al-P中间合金操作简单,变质效果好且稳定,使用该中间合金无渣,无污染,提高合金的实收率。从时间上看可以完全省去变质处理过程,节约能源,降低铝耗。 With recombining modification of Al-P master alloy and the technique of semi-continuous casting,hypereutectic Al-17Si alloy ingots with fine and distributed homogeneous primary Si are prepared.The experiment results show that the Al-P master alloy plays the leading role in altering the morphography of primary Si from dendritic to spherical and refining the primary Si.The Al-P master alloy has the advantages of convenient operation,stable and good modification effects,the use of the Al-P master alloy as modifier could be free from slag and pollution,and the recovery rate of the alloy is increased.The modification process kept in step with alloying process,energy is saved and the wastage of Al-17Si alloy is decreased.
