摘要
研究铝土矿拜尔法悬浮溶出设备参数。采用粒径范围判据判定颗粒周边液体的流态,由悬浮矿物微粒的流动力学和溶出动力学试验结果,计算铝土矿悬浮溶出器设计参数。结果显示,对于属难浸出的一水硬铝石型铝土矿,工业氧化铝拜尔法溶出工艺所用的溶出器,采用悬浮溶出器可实现最优化溶出。
The equipment parameters of the bauxite suspension digestion with Bayer process are investigated.The fluid field and the fluid state surrounding the particles are accurately determined by the criterion of the particle diameter range.The design parameters of suspension digestion reactor are estimated according to the particle hydrodynamic mechanism and reaction kinetics.The results show that suspension digestion reactor is the optimal reactor in Bayer aluminum oxide digestion process.
