摘要
以镍渣和粉煤灰为主要原料采用熔融法制备微晶玻璃。利用正交设计方法确定工业废渣复合微晶玻璃的最佳原料配比:镍渣34%、粉煤灰28%、钙盐18%、钠盐4%、形核剂TiO2+ZnO(适量)、还原剂11%。通过XRD、SEM分析技术、物理化学性能测试等手段确定微晶玻璃的主晶相、微观结构及性能特征。结果表明,在最佳条件下制备的微晶玻璃主晶相为细小均匀的块状辉石,弯曲强度为58.2MPa,显微硬度为842HV,体积密度为2.87g/cm3,吸水率为0.02%,耐酸性0.02%,耐碱性0.18%,光泽度89光泽单位。
The glass-ceramic is produced with nickel slag and fly-ash as primary material.By using orthogonal design method,the optimum composition ratio of raw materials is determined as 34% nickel slag,28%fly-ash,18%calcium salt,4% sodium salt,nucleant TiO2+ZnO,11% reducer.The phase compositions,microstructures and characteristics of glass-ceramics products are determined by the comprehensive methods such as XRD,SEM,physical and chemical properties test.The test results show that the major crystalline phase of the complex glass-ceramics is pyroxene and it has a bending strength of 582MPa,a microhardness of 842HV,a volume density of 2.87g/cm3,a water absorption of 0.02%,a acid resistance of 0.02%,a alkali resistance of 0.18% and glossiness 89.
