摘要
分布式供能系统是指以小规模、小容量、模块化、分散式的方式布置在用户附近,同时提供电力、热水等多种能源的高效多能源供应系统。但由于其系统复杂、限制条件多等因素,在国内推广缓慢。通过对电力接入、天然气接入、政府补贴等不同政策扶持条件下分布式供能系统的经济性分析,提出应该对分布式供能系统提供积极、系统、具体和长期的政策扶持,并且通过对关键设备国产化、技术问题标准化、实施方式专业化、能源管理合同化等方式促进分布式供能系统的推广运用。
Distributed Energy System is distributed in user terminal for multi-purpose use of high efficiency energy with small scale, small capacity and modularization. Because of the worse economy, complexity and more restriction, DES is popularized slowly. The article analyses the economical efficiency of DES under different policy such as: connecting to electric power systems, connecting to natural gas piping, government subsidy, the results show that the positive, systemic, effective, perennial government subsidy and the supporting condition such as: localized key equipment, standardized technical matters, specialized enforcement and Energy Performance Contracting is necessary.
