摘要
以二乙醇胺为起始物,合成了含两个苯并咪唑功能基的氮杂多齿仿生配体1,经IR、1HNMR和MS谱确证其结构.采用荧光光谱法测定了该仿生配体与13种金属离子的络合选择性.研究结果表明:仿生配体1对Cu2+、Fe3+、Na+、Zn2+均具有较高的选择性和荧光效应.
Biomimetic ligand 1,containing two benzimidazole groups which obtained starting with diethanolamine,has been synthesized.The structures of compounds 1 were confirmed by IR,1HNMR and MS spectra.The binding properties of the derivative as biomimetic ligand for cations were studied by fluorescence spectra.The results showed that Cu2+、Fe3+、Na+、Zn2+ were highly selected and the complexes formed had good fluorescence response.
