焦虑性神经症患者心理健康状况与人格特征相关分析

Correlation Analysis of Mental Health Conditions and Personality Features of the Patients with Anxiety Disorders

目的研究焦虑性神经症患者的心理健康状况与人格特征的相关性。方法运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、A型行为问卷,测定200例焦虑性神经症患者,对其心身健康状况及人格特征进行分析。结果 SCL-90结果与常模比较,焦虑性神经症组SCL-90总分及各因子分均较高(t=153.04,P=0.000);A型行为问卷结果显示,焦虑性神经症患者的A型行为问卷总分和时间紧迫感、无端敌意2个维度评分均高于常模(t=5.45、2.14和6.33,P<0.05),其中总分及无端敌意有显著差异性(t=5.45和2.14,P<0.01);对其与SCL-90进行相关分析显示,焦虑性神经症患者的SCL-90中偏执因子与A型行为问卷中无端敌意因子呈正相关,具有统计学意义。结论焦虑性神经症患者存在明显的心理健康问题,其敌对人格与心理健康有关。

Objective To investigate the relevance between the mental health conditions and personality features of anxiety disorders patients.Methods The mental state and personality features of 200 anxiety disorders patients were evaluated by Symptom Check List 90（SCL-90） and Type A Behavior Pattern Scale（TABP）.Results ①The total and factor scores in Symptoms Check List-90（SCL-90） of the anxiety disorders group were obviously higher than the norm（t=153.04,P=0.000）.②The total score of Type A Behavior Questionnaire（TABQ）,time urgency feeling and no reason hostility were obviously higher than norms（t=5.45,2.14,6.33;P0.05,the total score and no reason hostility showed significant difference（t=5.45,2.14,P0.001）.③The correlation analysis of SCL-90 and TABQ indicated that it had positive correlation between the stubborn of SCL-90 and the no reason hostility of TABQ,and the result had statistical significance.Conclusion The patients with anxiety disorders have obvious mental problem.There is a association between the hostility personality and metal health.
